## 1. Delivery Coverage
Brine Bargain currently delivers within Bangladesh.
Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your location and our courier partners. Please provide your complete delivery address, area, postal code (where applicable), and active phone number when placing an order.
## 2. Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges are:
– **Inside Dhaka City:** BDT 80
– **Outside Dhaka City:** BDT 130
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the available shipping options.
Please make sure that the delivery area selected at checkout matches your actual address.
## 3. Free Delivery Offer
Customers are eligible for free delivery when their product subtotal reaches **BDT 2,000 or more**.
The eligibility amount is calculated before applying coupon discounts and excludes delivery charges.
When your order qualifies, the Free Delivery option will be available at checkout for eligible delivery locations.
If the Free Delivery option does not appear despite your order meeting the requirements, please contact us before completing your order.
## 4. Additional 5% Discount
Customers placing an order with a product subtotal of **BDT 3,000 or more** are eligible for an additional 5% discount under our promotional offer.
The discount is calculated on the eligible product subtotal, before coupon discounts. Delivery charges are excluded from the discount calculation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this offer cannot be combined with other coupon-based promotions.
Eligible customers should see the discount reflected in their order summary before placing the order. Please review the final order total at checkout.
## 5. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed after they are placed and may be confirmed by our team before dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Any estimated delivery time communicated to you is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
## 6. Delivery Information and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and an active phone number.
Please remain reachable to the delivery person or courier when your order is out for delivery.
Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may cause delays or additional delivery arrangements.
Any applicable additional delivery charge will be communicated to the customer before it is charged.

Where tracking is available through our courier partner, tracking information or delivery updates may be shared through an available communication channel.

## 8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. An unboxing video may also help us investigate the issue.
We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution under our Return and Refund Policy.
